Shipping & Policies


Welcome to Violet Peacock.


Payment is by Paypal and is expected immediately after the checkout process.

Items will only be shipped once payment has cleared and been recieved in full. Production on custom orders will begin once payment is received.

Please be aware that you are responsible for Customs Duties and Taxes and any other additional charges your order may incur once the item has left the US. Please check with you local post office, before ordering to see what the customs fee rates are.

Shipping within the Continental US can take anywhere from 3-21 working days to arrive, depending on your location and chosen method of shipping. Please ensure you order with plenty of time before your event.

Express/Priority/Next Day Shipping is available at customers expense for last minute orders. Please note, item will NOT be shipped until additional payment received due to a number of customers not paying the additional costs.

International customers welcome! Please convo with me for shipping rates or if you need me to edit a shipping price. All international orders will be sent via the appropriate method for your country, usually whichever option offers proof of posting and a signature required on delivery. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know so I can invoice you for the additional shipping costs.

All purchases are packaged for a safe trip with tissue or bubble wrap within a sturdy shipping box. If possible, I do recycle boxes from previous packages.

Violet Peacock is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.


Violet Peacock trusts that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however in the event that you wish to return an item or your item is faulty please read our return policy below.

Faulty Goods
Items deemed faulty should be returned within 7 days of receipt of order for repair (International orders: A return tracking number must be received within 7 days). We do not issue refunds or exchanges (unless due to faulty workmanship). Returns that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original condition will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be given.

Returns will not be refunded for change of mind, so please choose carefully. We will only give you store credit or if it is a custom made piece, will only adjust the origional ordered item.

Please choose your item carefully as most pieces are made to order and we do not create pieces as "samples" or "try before you buy".

PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded under any circumstances.

If Returning
We suggest sending goods back to us via the best traceable method, we hold no responsibility for the return.

Violet Peacock will not accept liability of any items damaged during the return process if they are not securely packed. So please include all tags, packaging and additional inserts with your return and ensure that your goods are securely and sufficiently wrapped so they do not get damaged in the mail.


Most items are made-to-order, so please allow at least 7 to 21 days for your item to be created not including shipping from receipt of payment. If you need something faster for a special event, please convo me. All items are handmade once ordered. Most are one off items, so little stock is kept.

Changes or cancellation of orders should be made within 24 hours of payment as production will have already commenced.
